Villa Tona is a unique villa in Istria, Croatia. It provides the best holiday experience in 200 years old stone house completely renovated in 2014.
For generations it has been home to the ancestors of today’s owners who have given its heart and soul into the renovation. Villa Tona is renovated to satisfy the modern needs while keeping the spirit of Istrian style and tradition.
It is located in Žužići, a small village in Istria about km from Višnjan and 15 km from Poreč – region rich with winemakers and beautiful nature. It unites tradition and the modern way of living which is the main reason Villa Tona is so unique.

The ground floor welcomes its guests and invites them to spend cosy evenings by the fireplace playing billiards and enjoying some of our house wine. The next floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dinner table, another fireplace and a comfortable lounge area.
There are four bedrooms in total. Each of them has a its own bathroom. While some of the furniture is handmade, there are also antique pieces of furniture which have been fully restored.
The accommodation also provides a mobile outdoor grill, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, fridge, gas cooker, towels, safe deposit box, TV, free Wi-Fi, video surveillance, an alarm system and air conditioning. The heating system allows guests to enjoy the beauties of the villa and its surrounding area even in the colder period of the year.

The two stone terraces, also called baladuri, are a perfect position to absorb all the beauties, colours, smells and tastes of Istria. The outdoor swimming pool (3.5 m x 11 m) is the ideal place to relax and freshen up.
